Timeline:
- 7 PM: Doors Open – Bismarck Event Center
- 7:45 PM: Program begins with special remarks and recognitions
- 8:30 PM: Governor Armstrong’s Ceremonial First Pitch and Charity Check Presentations
- 8:30 PM: Beni Paulson & Breaking Eight Perform

This is a black tie event — a complimentary coat check will be available at check-in when you enter.
HELP US GIVE BACK
We’re proud to make giving back a central part of this event. Please bring non-perishable food items to donate to the Great Plains Food Bank, supporting families in need across North Dakota. Proceeds from the event support also support the North Dakota FFA Foundation. Donation stations will be available at the event entrance.

GUEST EXPECTATIONS - BISMARCK EVENT CENTER
METAL DETECTORS
There are walk-through metal detectors upon entrance into the event. Signs are posted at the entrance as to what items need to be removed before proceeding through the detector
- Please Remove: cell phones / electronics, keys, coins, + any other metal objects
- Do Not Remove: head-ware, belts, watches / jewelry, wallets
- Please notify security personnel if you have a medical condition.
RE-ENTRY & BAG POLICY
There is no re-entry into the arena. If you leave, you must speak with a member of the Governor’s Heritage Foundation Guest Service team before exiting.
No backpacks, no large bags permitted. Any small bags or purses will be searched.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- No guns (includes concealed carry) Possession of a firearm in a publicly owned building is forbidden by law. N.D.C.C 62.1-02-05 (1)
- No knives (includes concealed carry)
- No weapons of any sort
- No laser pointers
- No chain wallets
- No smoking: Prohibited within the building and up to 20 feet of all building entrances and air vents. N.D.C.C 2.23-12-10
- No audio
- No video
- No professional photography
- No outside food or beverage, no smoking.

All hotels are 9 minutes away from downtown Bismarck and the Event Center and approx. 6 miles from the Bismarck Municipal Airport. You can reserve your room here for any of the hotels.
